Satisfaction Guarantee
Impact Logos offers a full refund on all of our design work less $79 for administration costs. The refund guarantee is valid only up until the first concepts stage of the process. This is when we send you the first logo, web or other concepts after you send us your brief and pay.
If the client or you communicate any logo changes or revisions via email after the first concept stage by email, phone or otherwise then the request for revision makes the refund guarantee null and void.
Basically our guarantee extends only up until the first concept stage and not to or beyond any stage after that. This gives you the client added security to ensure we Impact Logos are providing similar quality work to that advertised.
Please note that the logo design process is a process that both client and design company should be fully committed to before entering into any commercial relationship.
