How do I get my project started?
Use the BUY NOW button and pay online. You will receive an email with your unique "Coupon ID".You will also receive a link to a page where you fill in a "creative brief" online. Simply fill that brief in when your ready and put in your Coupon ID and we will confirm with you via email your project is underway.
The Coupon is valid anytime 6 months from the order date.
What is a creative brief?
A short questionaire on your business, what you want, any ideas you have etc. You can upload samples etc. The more information you can give us the better on what your thinking. The best designs are those where the client is involved in the process fully and takes responsibility for where their brand goes.What does this service cover?
We are not brand designers so we dont have marketing managers allocated to work on thinking about your company name and brand alot. We do have a Marketing Director that will assist with this and slogans where possible but its not our core responsibility.Branding Companies charge $2500 to $100,000 plus to work on brands and logos. We are high end logo designers so we need the client to have a vision to some extent (the creative brief).
Example: You are a landscaper but you want to be a stylish and corporate landscape designer. You want to appeal to corporates, you want to appear green, you dont want cheesy landscape logos like lawnmowers etc. You give us an example logo you like in our portfolio and another one you like to give us visual aids of what you like. That is an example of engaged. Knowing roughly what you want. Then leave it to the experts to design!
How long does a logo design project take?
Once your send us your creative brief it takes 3 business days to return your first design concept ideas. The whole project varies but can be 2 weeks on average depending on the client.What is a design concept?
A design concept is a logo design that can look like a finished logo or be the starting point for more ideas. We design 4 logo concepts that will all be significantly different. The designs are not fully realised but as close as possible finished logos for you to look at. Some clients take the designs as they are at the concept stage but most like to make changes and improve on the logo symbol or the font etc and explore different options through the revision rounds.Do I have to pay upfront for a logo?
Most logo companies require payment in advance for logo work as new businesses do not generally have a credit history to open an account. If you require ongoing work and need an account please contact us.How does a typical logo project go?
We send you the design concepts. Remember concepts are NOT completed designs but design ideas that will blossom with revisions to a final fully realised logo with all the depth and detail added.Once you get the concepst you choose 1 logo idea you like or aspects of a few and tell us what you like dislike and we come back with revisions based on this feedback.
We continue to iterate and revise until your 100% happy. Revisions are unlimited.
What does the money back guarantee cover?
It covers a refund option up to and including the first round of designs only. After that refunds are not allowed. If your not happy with our initial designs and are not willing to allow the project to mature then you can get a refund at that point. If you ask for revisions on the initial designs the project becomes active and refunds are not allowed.I already have a logo I want to incorporate how does that work?
If you definately want this theme to continue and want to upgrade your logo then tell us and we will come up with 4 ideas to improve the current logo.If you want to hedge your bets then ask for 2 logo ideas on your current logo and perhaps 2 new ideas althogether.
Will the logo files you send work for a website or business cards?
Yes we give you fully functioning artwork files for all purposes and we also keep your logo backed up. Ask us anytime for any format free. You get PDF, JPEG, EPS, AIWho owns the copyright?
You own the logo copyright we transfer all ownership to you. We ask to be able to us the logo in our portfolio only.Do I need a Trademark?
Most small businesses do not need to trademark their logos or check for trademark infringements. It is extremely unlikey that you would be infringing on someone elses business unless you happen to have the same name and the same logo.If trademark is a core part of your business and you are about to launch internationally then seek the services of a trademark lawyer. 99% of businesses dont need to worry about it straight up.
